Lukotan is the Philippines’ native Stingless Bee. It has all the features of a honeybee, except without the sting. These bees are tiny like ants.

Stingless Bee honey is known for its therapeutic properties and is comparable to Manuka honey.

Its taste is naturally sour hence commonly termed as "sour honey".

Taste note: It has a distinctive sweetness mixed with a sour and acidic taste

Yung lukotan po maasim nga sya na parang my konting saltiness po tapos pag-open ko ng bottle umusok po siguro dahl sa acidity ng honey since sour sya. Yung putyukan nman po, di sya ganon katamis sakto lng which is good tpos my hint dn po sour taste. Over all pure honey po lalo yung putyukan kasi nakatikim n dn ako ng honey before from mindanao..
