Apis Mellifera is the most common honeybee specie. Our Melliferas feed on wildflower, mainly sunflowers blooming every last quarter of the year in Benguet.

Sunflower honey is one of the fastest types of honey to crystallize. It forms a firm, fondant-like texture.

Taste note: Sweet, Floral & it kinda tastes like pineapple too :)
Color: Light / Almost Water White
Consistency: Low to High Viscosity (Sunflower Honey easily crystallizes)
